Elements of Philosophy

The Concise English Dictionary defines Philosophy “as the use of reason and argument in seeking truth and knowledge of reality, especially of the causes and nature of things and of the principles governing existence, the material universe, perception of physical phenomena, and human behaviour”.

Therefore, Philosophy teaches us to learn about the global and profound issues of life and existence which have baffled many!

Through this course, students are given orientation on how to deal and learn to solve many questions, such as: Why is there something rather than nothing?

Does God exist and is there life after death? What are the correct standards of ethical judgment? Etc.
